The Blended World of Yhihria

Yhihria is a world steep in the various magical energies of the universe. The world was created by powerful Ancients using their World Engine to gather and harness Arcane, Divine, and Planar energies. The Ancients would use this energy create and shape a world of their own. A world that has strong connections to the Arcane, Divine, and Planar energies that birthed it.   These planar energies, used to create the planet, cause portions of the world to blend with other planes. This blending of unique energies create fantastical landscapes and species. The Ancients, upon becoming the gods of the world known as The Creators, would foster these new species, along with some of their own design.   The constant influence of Planar energies would cause a new race of beings to emerge onto the planet. Humanoids known as the Planeborn. Being of humanoid shape and appearance, but constructed with Planar energies making them nearly elemental in essence. However, these Planeborn were not exclusive to the elemental Planes but were born from the Inner and Outer planes in equal measure. They would mingle with other inhabitants of the world passing on their planar essence to their offspring and spreading it across the world.   After completing their work, the Creators would dismantle their World Engine and allow the pieces to merge with the planet itself. These pieces would form magical landscapes, monuments, and natural wonders which are still revered to far into the world's history.
