Echo Bluff

Echo Bluff is named for the iconic cliff-face that separates the land from the ocean. The town attracts those seeking a full life with its shopping plazas, sports stadiums, bustling nightlife, museums and parks.

Demographics

Like most towns and cities, the population is primarily human. Individuals of other species can be found, though are somewhat rare, and small spirits inhabit the abandoned areas of the town. Unlike other places, however, Echo Bluff has a larger number of magically-involved humans.

Industry & Trade

Tourism is Echo Bluff's main industry. The town is a popular tourist spot for many reasons - sightseers come for the parks, architecture and the bluff itself. Vacationers come for the nightlife and the markets, and people of all kinds come to the sports events.

Architecture

Fairly modern in design, with some older buildings in the style of Victorian or Roman architecture. Such examples include the museum and the town hall. The town centre has a fair few motels, hotels and apartment blocks, and the high school is also nearby. Most residential districts otherwise are located away from the town centre.

Geography

The town is inland from the tall, sheer cliff face from which it gets its name. Otherwise the land itself is rather flat; surrounded by plain heath and grasslands, with the occasional farm heading further inland. Travelling from the town centre are several beaches.
