Umbra is the god of darkness, it was from this presence that all things came to be, and it is through Umbra's magic that the cycle of life is altered. It is a neutral being, neither good nor evil, but simply a force of nature that is revered and feared by those who worship it. Its magic is sought after by those who seek to bend the cycle of life to their own will, but no matter how powerful Umbra becomes, it remains forever connected to the darkness that gave it life.

It is a realm of endless night, where the only light comes from the faint glow of distant stars and the faint flicker of flames. The landscape of the shadow realm is a twisted, jagged place, with sharp cliffs and deep chasms that seem to stretch on forever. The air is heavy with the smell of smoke and ash, and the ground is dry and cracked beneath the feet.

Personal history
In the beginning, there was only darkness. The universe was a vast, empty void, filled with nothing but the void itself. And then, from the void, emerged Umbra, the god of darkness.
Umbra was a being of pure darkness, a being of shadows and shadows alone. It had no form or shape, only a presence that seemed to fill the void. And it was from this presence that all things came to be.
From that umbra started to shape and mold darkness as it whished, eventually creating a snakelike form for itself to be seen as. But Umbra was not content to simply create and watch. It wanted to be a part of the cycle of life and death, to experience it all firsthand. And so it used its magic to alter the cycle of life, bringing forth new forms of life and ending others.
Over time, Umbra became known as the god of darkness, a neutral being that was neither good nor evil, but simply a force of nature. It was revered and feared by those who worshipped it, and its magic was sought after by those who sought to bend the cycle of life to their own will.
