Training Gyms

Entering this area the walls are made of a transparent material. There are ten in total and most of them are filled with people and creatures performing various stunts and tasks. These are the training rooms for sure. The rooms are specifically designed to accommodate any task for any specie. In essence a place that can be used to help train someone in a task that would be impossible then in the field. Some examples you could think of would be the needing to practice underwater combat in a low gravity setting. Such an extraordinary event would be nearly impossible to practice for. These rooms are made for such a task. The transparent material allows for outsiders to observe what is going and prevent possible accidents from occuring. Agents of all kinds wander by you as you pass by and many are in more casual attire. 
The locker rooms are only a few feet away as they are used frequently with the gyms. The Bazaar of Raties it at the entrance to the gyms and is a typical stop afterwards. The Department of Operations laos has direct access to these rooms. In some cases practice missions can observed from there.  At the far end of this area is a set of obtuse hallways that lead to the interrogation chambers.
