Leisure Promenade

While it may not look it, the Leisure Promenade is it's own department, the Department of Entertainment, unofficially. The promenade is the hub of entertainment in the Division for the agents and workers who have to reside here in the complex. Just like any capitalistic society, advertisements displaying the newest trends and media light up the promenade along with the storefronts dedicated to Divisions supplies. You can see theatres, arenas, gaming centers, stores, and restaurants that decorated the beautiful area. In the center is a large water display and outdoor art. People casually sit around talking and relaxing as this area is for such a purpose. No one will take one look at you as long as you don't act completely absurd. 
The station to the Central Junction is at the main entrance to the Promenade. Alongside the outskirts and always is the exits to Operations and other areas of the Division. Finally you can see the Personeel quarters on the far side of here.
