Elves

When you think of Elves, the first thing that probably comes to mind is Orlando Bloom's Legolas Greenleaf. Or maybe even that little old lady with the green hat who's the mascot for Keebler and works for Santa part time!
Whatever you're imagining though, put it out of your head. These Elves are nothing like traditional Elves.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Elves are pretty humanoid in shape, though they have pointy ears, hair that changes color with age, Vampire Fangs, and pupils that glow green or pink from magic.

Genetics and Reproduction

Elves are like mushrooms. They reproduce asexually and the baby Elf kind of just..... grows on them until it falls off and you have baby Elf.

Growth Rate & Stages

Elves grow and mature slower than humans, but they live a long time according to Earth years. For Elves, ~10 Earth years is ~1 Elf year.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Elves subsist off of ocean creatures and coffee. All the coffee.

Elvin family names tend to end in "-ren", "-rin", "-ran", or "-rune", with the parent's first name coming before.
