The Ambassador of the Dwarves

Not many Dwarves ever truly leave their home of Dumgarth. To them, the fortress is a home that is not worth escaping from. They find it comforting, the steel walls, the heat of the crafters, and the sounds of their friends and family surrounding them.

To Minfilia, these walls mean little more than a prison of culture and conformity. She never had true ties to friends or family, and found them all boring and non-confrontational. As a young girl, she even despised her parents for their inability to see the outside world as worth exploring. It was because of dwarves like them, in her opinion, that Dumgarth was seen as a steel box on the otherwise flawless Arengold Forest.

Minfilia is tall for a dwarf. Despite her stocky appearance, she stands nearly as tall as adolescent humans. She is just as strong as any other dwarf in the tribe, and rides her Crawler Monkey with pride and dignity.

She is the ambassador of Dumgarth. Her love of travel allows her to be one of the few Dwarves capable of heading from tribe to tribe and setting up trade deals. Because of her work specifically, Dumgarth is now able to get ores, metals, and plants from far off lands. She is often hailed as a deific being due to her incredible work ethic and very unique skill set.

It is in this role where Minfilia became her best. Rather than forging weapons and tools like she had to for her Inner Artist ritual, Minfilia became a force of change for her tribe. And just in time, for as 3000 PW enters the Sun months, she must prepare for her tribe to be in exponential conflict.
