The War of Innocence was by far one of the most brutal wars to ever hit The Ander Vale. At first, they took the children by force at the cradle, never to be seen again until they were the age of twenty-five. These children recognized their parents only because someone told them that to be true. They were ready to thrive in society, with skills and careers in hand, all properly explained in a packet. But they were strangers, really. And The Ander Vale citizens really wanted a chance to be parents. So they went to war. They didn't expect the soldiers fighting to keep these laws would be the very children the parents were fighting to rescue. But to their favour, they were able to rescue many lives via knocking out and kidnapping soldiers. They decimated the army without taking a single life (Though many bodies still riddle the battlefields of heartbroken mothers and fathers who just wanted a chance to hug their daughter or son) Everything went well from there. The Ander Vale created a compromise. The people never asked what happened to the children from ages 11-17 that stayed with the government. Centuries past, and they forgot about those kids. Until Now.
