Guild Credits

Guild Credits are a currency invented by the Couriers' Guild to facilitate the exchange of data and allow conversion of other currency or materials. One guild credit (GC) is equivalent to one gigaquad (GQ) of local data, though the exchange rate can vary when importing or selling.

Access & Availability

GCs are available anywhere the Guild does business, and are often accepted locally in place of EC or barter in locations dependent on imported media.
Credits are stored electronically with the local Guild office, and should be cashed out in another form before traveling.
