Session 4: Rivals and Revelries

General Summary

After igniting half of a city block in a chemical explosion, you all made your way across the moat-like stretch of run-off water that surrounds the city of Vathicus. In the barge belonging to the many red-headed brothers who run the ferry service, you found several canisters of fairytale and some ale presumably being smuggled. You visited the wreckage of the crazed Doctor Gordov’s moving metal castle and met a woman named Electa Bishop, an ex-soldier with a crescent moon between her eyebrows. You all shared a meal, and she told you about her brother, Quimby Bishop, the editor of the Black and White Bulletin in town, who had since gone missing. She requested your help to find him, stating that she could not personally venture into the city. You then all got high, and as Lestie fell into a deep unconsciousness, Crowley and Morres operated on her infected leg. You went back to the city, where you found that Morres’ automatons and your motorbikes were all missing. You confronted some streetsellers and witnessed a protest of glassworkers wearing badges emblazoned with bronze butterflies – operation caterpillar. You were told that the people who had taken Sigma and Phi looked just like you.
Eventually stumbled across Lysander Lovegrove, the rival of Estelle Trent, with whose gang you are now affiliated. You met several members of his gang. He then suggested you enter Locyratus, the opium den, where you might find information as to where the gaulems and the bikes have been taken. You entered and got involved in a round of gambling and a couple of subsequent tussles.
