The Ender Legation Compound

The Ender Legation Compound was the central governmental complex in the United Ender Empire.

Purpose / Function

The ELC was the central governmental compound in the United Earth Empire. Containing the Senate, the Fortress, the judicial system and the Memorial Plazas. Originally established after the fall of Earth, the area quickly grew, as building after building was built.
