Top secret independent organisation that deals with strange phenomena and anomalies that cannot be explained using conventions of science. Their existence is not known to the public nor of many governments.The location of their headquarters is unknown.

According to limited information available to governments and other organisations, they are present in almost every inhabited region and as far as they are aware operate with complete autonomy.
