Thaelia

Forged by the love of divine and infernal, veiled to keep their passions secret. Thaelia became the cradle of their offspring. The power, interests, and alignment of these children varied from each other like their creators. Life and death, war and peace, trickery and honor. Despite the opposing nature of these siblings no conflict arose because of the creators. Their force of will melted away strife allowing Thaelia to thrive for a millennia. The children created new lands, races, and intelligence into Thaelia. The races of the mortal planes flourished, worshiping the children as their deities. This was a time of creation but it would end as the parents and creators left without warning leaving their children to their own devices.   These children, gods and goddesses grasped at the vacuum of power. Without their divine parents holding back their passions the siblings crashed into each other. Devastation on a godly scale wracked Thaelia and its inhabitants. Continents burned and mortals cried to their gods for an end. The destruction was unending. Some saw the chaos and death and called for peace. The new gods of chaos mocked those who called for an end, slaying them as they spoke.   Thaelia, previously hidden by the angelic and devilish creators became known to those who could see. The gods of the multiverse saw the childish deities of Thaelia and its suffering inhabitants and took action. Ao reached out and sundered them all. Most he made into dust, dust used to fuse the fractured world back together. The few children left were given commands to choose portfolios and hold to the tenants and domains or be destroyed. This new pantheon was organized and ordered to keep peace between the divine.
