This world was once like the very one you know, but one vicious day during the throws a great a despicable war, it was changed forever. Man-made dooms days devices where aimed and fired in attempts to topple "the enemy" but ultimately backfired on us all. Society and life were obliterated almost to extinction. But life always presses on amidst calamity, though permanently altered.   After decades of Nuclear winter, the sun rose once more on this world now shattered but still very much alive. This was the start of the New Era. Mankind was at the time, sent back to the stone age, yet could not be stopped. Atop the ruins of an old world, they created agriculture, forged metals, created new societies and with the help of Eros, (Crystals found within the earth, and a source of great power) They invented and built great machines for prosparity, and for war.   The year is now 1828 New Era. This is the world that now exists .
