Cacame Awemedinade

Guildmaster

Description

Cacame Awemedinade is a mountain dwarven abjuration wizard with a background in archaeology. He has pinkish skin, a braided ginger beard, and a generally cautious and critical nature about him. He wears cyan robes over plate mail armour and possesses an ancient and powerful crown, one of the Silverbeard Relics which grants psionic capabilities. Considering himself to be the most levelheaded of his party, Cacame occupies himself with developing plans of action and performing diplomatic duties. All the while, Cacame seeks to preserve what he discovers on his adventures for his newly developed dwarven museum in the city of Ravensport.   Cacame is well known for his quick and calculated responses in the face of danger. He often uses his mastery of abjuration magic to shield himself and his allies from danger as well as to nullify the abilities of powerful magic users who cross the Sausage Party.

The Later Years]

Having helped prevent the ascension of such great evil upon his world, Cacame found the new Varconia to be unchallenging. At age 184, he retired from adventuring to pursue his other aims. Remaining in Sigil for some time to sate his wanderlust and consult with psionic masters, the call of his profession eventually brought Cacame back to Ravensport and his budding museum at the archaeological academy. Using his power in abjuration, he carefully guards what magic artifacts remain from his adventuring days while providing a safe place for his remaining ex-party members to do the same. He still does his best to keep tabs on their… exploits.   After some time, Cacame became the headmaster of the archaeological branch of the academy in Ravensport and quickly became entrenched in day to day management. Yet he is not quick to forget the past. As a keeper of powerful artifacts and of Varconia’s history, he waits still for the next great threat and a new (or old) group of adventuring wastrels to take up the mantle of hero once more.
