Pancun

Before the settlers, this city was the capital of the local and savage goblin civilization who lived on the island. Deciding to stay on the modern side of the world, these goblins were one of the firsts to join the new merchant alliance. Known for its pleasures and amusement, it became a center for tourist both from Gertia and the illegal plunderlands across the sea.   The settlement is located on a small island not far from the shores of Gertia, and naturally many pirates and other criminals arrive from the plunderlands not far to the south and consist a good amount of the city population. It was a matter of time for the city to go corrupt, and the iron council looks away, because crime is definitely profitable. culturally speaking cancun have a great divide in it, adopting many violent traditions from these savages but having them educated at the same time.   Cancun is the only city in Gertia (and maybe the world) that permit the use of all drugs, as well as prostitution. Its organized crime is equally powerful as the governments, and some area are controlled by certain mafia with no policemen coming in.

Under-Cancun

It may be only an urban legend, but they say that under the streets of Cancun many goblins dug between the sewers (with the aid of some dwarves) and created a new neighborhood, exclusive only for people who know it. They says it is controlled by a mafia organized as a military, taxing the shops In it and even have their own court system for immoral crime. Under cancun is not suppose to be a stinky sewer town but a rather clean and lexurus place, inspired by the dwarven under-ground city. But forget about all that. legends are legends
Shops and attractions around the city:   The curious bottle :A small and dusty pharmacy / herbalism shop, that sells some potions as well. It has three small floors, completely filled with gigantic plants of strong and weird smell. The cabins filled with organs of small animals are old and it look like small mushrooms are growing on them. The rooms are so full its difficult to pass by Its owner is an elderly dwarven blind woman named Hinra, who walks by it with great grace, knowing where everything is and what every shelf contains.   ICAR base: In the middle of one of the many slams of Cancun, not far from the city center, stands the main ICAR tower: in is extemly high being 60 stories tall, and so heavily guarded by the city guard that thers isn’t even a small graffiti on it. Out of its many windows, many telescopes point to the sky.   This is ICAR’s base of operation, and therefore includes its large library and laboratories, along with classes with the best students and professors in Gertia. To make mobility possible in this enormous building, each floor contain one or more portal circles. to move around, simply stand of the circle, name the floor number and clap twice, for easy and fast teleportation.   ICAR stands for international celestial administration of research, and this base s ran by Popa. One day, both of them will have an arcticle in here.
