Fobelson

One of the biggest city in the merchant alliance, mostly known for the art and culture produced in it – many painters, dancers and poets have been educated in one of the many universities of Fobelson. This have attracted many visitors and immigrants from around the world, from the dwarfs of Monta-Vest to the kingdom of Orlando. With time, Fobelson became one of the most socially and culturally diverse places in the world, and a true symbol of the ideology of the merchant alliance. The city is circled by thick walls that are heavily guarded by the merchant alliance army. The current head of police is a dragon blood named General Ryan.   Fobelson is located east to Sherwood forest, but most villages in it dislike the urban lifestyle in it and prefer to keep cultural distant. It is built around a large river which allows foreign boats to anchor and sell their goods. Most people moving in will come from another big city in the alliance or even further away.

The docks

Located to the west of a big river, many ships arrives from different place of the world to bring exotic goods and foreign gods. In the area of these docks one can find markets that sales their goods, from authentic food to magical and mysterious artifacts. Famous pubs in this area are The green scale and The leaking tap.   The Market of Fobleson: This market is everchanging, and many owners of the stand you will visit today will be already gone by tomorrow. Nothing sold here is manufactured, any many of the things offered have not been completely examined. It is acceptable to bargain for a price with the vendors, but don’t think youll get any magical items for cheaps!   Items that have been bought in this market: Loyal axe and the want of random magic.

Goldville

This neighborhood has no shame admitting that it is upper class aristocracy, if it wasn’t clear by it’s name. It feels almost like a different place then the other parts of Fobelson, and here are the famous and reach reside – it is a common thing to see in the gardens artists painting the trees, street performances of amazing dancers or poets reading their works aloud. A simple restaurant or bar in Goldville is unaffordable to anyone that is not really reach, and most of the middle-class won’t visit its attraction even in special occasions.   The great library named after Matilda the second: The biggest library in the merchant alliance. It is the size of an entire university, filled with books from all subjects from science to history to magic. It is divided to three floors – the first one if open to the public, the second one is closed to paying member and third one is only for scholars.   -The second floor is filled with academic information, thick books that are hard to read in many languages. Access to this floor costs 3 gold pieces a month. Any intelligence check (including skill checks) that takes place inside the second floor of the library is made with advantage.   -Spell casters may buy scrolls of magic for one-time use: any spell from the wizard spell-lists is aviable up to level 3: A first level spell costs 15 gold. Second level 40 and third level 100 gold. If a wizard would like to copy that scroll to his spell book, he must pay the additional price mentioned in the players hand book.
