Terras Mana

Terras mana. Italen's Lament:   Corruption fills the world. Not the simple corruption of ideals, or the darkness in the hearts of men and women. A new darkness, one the pierces the very fabric of their existence. It helps urge their desires for violence, for greed, and the corruption bears forth creatures of darkness.   It hides in shadow, biding it's time, showings itself to be the slow poison the slips into the veins of the world.   Terras mana. A world full of life and magic. A world that knows both hate and kindness. A world that is losing itself to this new darkness, one that spills into its very existence.   I don't wish to lose this world. I cannot lose this world for I have grown to love it, and the people in it. The different races, the different lives, the different magics. My eyes have seen much cruelty by their hands, but it has also seen love.   It is within that love that I see the world and wish to hold it close to my chest, never to let go.
