Polatrow
A totalitarian country focused on conquest, control, and progress. In this country, you never know who you can trust. The leaders have eyes everywhere, and many oppose the government. The capital of this country is Edhegion.
Structure
The Commander
The Commander is the supreme ruler. This title can only be passed down through sons and male children. Nobody is able to defy the wishes of the Commander, and if one does, they are taken away. If a commander dies without any male children, the most trusted agent is promoted to become the new commander.
The Agents
The Agents are the governmental level beneath the Commander. There are typically 15 Agents in total at one time, though there can be up to 3 more or less at a time. The Agents are the ones that take away those who defy the Commander. Once a soldier is promoted to an Agent, they lose their name, and are numbered Agents 1-18. Agent 1 is the closest and most trusted by the Commander, and 18 is the least.
Soldiers
Soldiers are elite fighters, trained from birth. These are the ones that carry out the Commander's wishes. There can be up to 500 soldiers, give or take 200. They install cameras, patrol, and monitor the cameras to spot any insurgents. If they find a rebel, they report it to the Agents, who report it to the Commander, who then makes a decision on what to do.
Scrappers
Scrappers are the ones that sell scrap metal and crafts. They can also report minor offenses to the Soldiers, who then pass it up the chain. Scrappers typically have a moderate state of living, not good, but not bad.
Wired
The Wired are the lowest of the low. They are typically abused by everyone, and barely make a living from scraping the streets for nickel. The Wired are made largely of the Insurgents, rebels, or the children of them.
Culture
The way everyone views the system depends on how high up the hierarchy they are.
Public Agenda
The main motive behind everything the Commander does is in the name of progress. He wants to expand the country, and rule as much as possible.
