A world where everything finally calmed down after hundreds of years of war, bloodshed, and the last of the criminal organizations terrorizing people finally ended the world calmed down. The last remnants of tools used for war were shut down or purged from the world. With it came a time of peace where everyone was finally able to settle into a peaceful routine of economic growth. However, not everyone is pleased with the status quo. Those the world believed were purged had simply been biding their time. A world without war is weak and ripe for the picking. Now the ancient weapons of war and their remnants have returned to conquer a world with no defenses, and take advantage of the naive who fantasize about heroes, knight errants, and fascinating adventurers on epic quest but are too lazy to take up arms themselves.
