Balron

Structure

A council of 12, with 3 elected presidents residing at the top of the Political power structure. They control what a king would control, in essence. Below them, is the court system and their ambassadors, in charge of diplomatic meetings with other states and countries, and in charge of creating laws and delivering justice. The country is divided into 12 domains, each under a council member. The council member in turn has a party of 4 under him, who help him in making decisions and participate in votes for Domain changes. Beyond this, there are many other kingdoms and countries in the direct control of Balron. They essentially act as puppets to the Balron empire, but have their own organization structure, military, trade assets, and land. Any country which begins to grow to contest Balron is quickly taken down however, usually through a network of spies and assassins the Balron empire posses.

Public Agenda

Their goal is to control as much as Villanova as possible and remain as the strongest and most powerful nation there, able to quench any enemies or rebellions that arise. They effectivley have control of many other countries, each which fight amonst themselves over petty arguments. At the end of the day, Balron is the strongest of these powers and therefore has rule over them, but does not involve itself in the quarrels of other kingdoms and countries under it.
