Kei fighters academy

the Kei fighters academy is the most prestigious organization in the nation. the academy takes in orphaned children, peasants, certain nonviolent criminals, screw ups and rejects, or simple people who wanted the lessons whether on their own or their parents funding it. they give these people lessons in combat, discipline, and an emotional outlet. most graduates become soldiers, Mercenaries, or Adventurers.

Structure

guildmaster; send out letters or look through the city for recruits, speak to government officials, keep staff in line. Treasurer; keep track of all funds for the academy, and buy necessary supplies for the academy. Drill masters; teach students, report problems to guildmaster, watch over grounds. Students: maintain equipment, clean, and learn.

History

after the demon crisis, the people of Arstotzka started wanting more people to defend them. while the millitary had enough power to keep threats back, people wanted more. the situation caught the attention of a Blue scaled draconian named 'Jyrick'. Jyrick, a veteran of a draconian army of Kharas realm, had plenty of knowledge to share when it came to combat. he began to teach many people sent by parents who were actively paying for them. Jyrick had a heart however, and struck up a deal with some orphanages around kei, and started teaching various orphans to fight, giving them an outlet, and in exchange, students would protect the orphanages. in current times, the academy is run by an Orc named 'Karl Larkin'.
