Framed for a crime i didnt commit would be an understatement for a life poorly lived. Lost both my parents when i was young from so called "natural causes". The only natural thing about it was the human instinct to try and keep my little sister safe through it all. We locked ourselves in our family cabin living off the eventually stale bread and rapidly depleting water rations we where handed daily from the guards.
Food. Food became non existent and it was obvious that i would need to take my fathers old rifle and go out to hold wild game for us if we wanted to survive within this shithole known as Rutem. Lucky enough i was gifted with my father's eagle sight letting m kill plenty a deer and from that with the tanning of hide and fresh meat to eat nightly we were able to move up in the world without the need of our parents.
Names Fergus. The crime i "committed" was the killing of one Charles Wrinkleberry. A local noble that was found shot under the local bridge just a few minutes away from my house. His clothes where torn and ravaged as if someone was searching for something and the ball matched my gun.
I only moved to Cordis Libertatem cos i was promised plenty a trade and was meant to send funds back home to Ann. She had plenty of food and money already but every little helped so that one day you two could live together in this what you once knew as luxurious city. Now im behind bars for the foreseeable future with an investigation that might deem me the murderer for nothing mall then a commonly produced ball shot that i used in my rifle.
