I think ...   Terra Ruin is a world where Humans created their own extinction. The Alium. The Alium are strong, humanoid creatures, that were used by humans as slaves. Humans also created Elves and Dwarves for their own bidding. Eventually the Alium, Dwarves, and Elves fought in a war against humans. The Alium were soldiers. The Dwarves provided weapons. The elves were battle stratigists. Because the Humans were so outnumbered and outmatched in stregnth, they lost the war. Every human that has ever lived on planet Earth is dead.
