Who is 'Mama Sensible'?
Well, you see, Cyl14 really got us there. They blocked her name from getting out. Rumor has it they were not kind while doing so. It's kind of a miracle the video got out. Anyways, we've figured out two things.
First, the tattoo on her temple is a mark of one of the Cyl14 gangs. We're not sure the exact ones, that's not public knowledge but the mark has some patterns. Many of the 'sneakier' gangs that live in the depths have a specific layered circle included within the design. Her tattoo has this mark in the design. From this, we can gather that she lived within the depths of Cyl14. These gangs have to keep moving to stay ahead of authorities, meaning they have good knowledge of the depths layouts but are quite homeless.
Second, her age was likely 25 years old. Seems young but these gangs are not know for their abstinence. Plus, Cylinder depths can be dangerous and it's possible to get too close to harmful chemicals.
With the knowledge of the Depths, she would be traversing quite often. Current research shows how the depths are the infestations likely origin. This gave her a high chance of running into possibly some of the worst sections of infestation. Seeing this level of infestation may have pushed her to show herself.
