2) Do not get caught doing that would bring ruin to Modoreynd intentional or otherwise
3) Do not harm a fellow Modoreyndian unless they have broken the other rules.
Modoreynd is a collection of the most unscrupulous people anywhere in Terra. There is a higher concentration of Frauds, Murderers, Necromancers, and worse in Faar than anywhere in Terra, A fact that the inhabitants seem to take pride in. Every citizen of this wicked place subscribes to the three laws or they quickly find themselves a victim of one if not all of the above crimes.
