Greatwell led the clan, with the Black Hands working immediately under him. Beneath them are the agents themselves; the assassins.
History
Once upon a time, the Black Rose Clan was a secret hooded organisation for the Emperor Yerentil to manage his underhanded dealings and command the city behind the scenes. However, that Black Rose slowly wilted. The newly reformed Black Rose Clan, also known as Greatwell's Black Rose Clan, is a privately run found-family oriented assassin's guild.
Greatwell ensures the sound treatment of each member on a strict code of honour and respect. He says that he loves them like family, and it would appear to be so.
