Terdja

Terdja is a world of mystical creatures both known and unknown. Humans, vampires, and werewolves make up the majority of the population. Other creatures of lore roam the lands while some are from my own imagination. The land, foliage, and wildlife primarily reflect Terren flora and fauna. Mountains and valleys do not look different from Terren ones. Water is clear and drinkable. Seawater is salty. Most aspects of the world are the same as earth. Different villages and cities have their own technology levels. Some cities are highly advanced, more so than today's world. While other villages and cities may be stuck in the Roman empire or middle ages. The intelligence and ethic of the inhabitants determine the advancements of the place. Vampires tend more to the middle ages, humans to the Roman period, and werewolves to today's advancement. Some other creatures may still be tribal, cavemen, or dystopian. It contains magic that is hidden in the land, only accessible by the truly determined. The magic fell away into mythology after centuries of dormancy. Vampires and werewolves were the only species to gain power from magic. But both species became corrupt so the magic hid away to never be used for good or bad. It silently keeps the grass growing and the thorns sharp.
