Terah, The Evergreen Marble

Terah is a world of Lush greens and Magics. Creatures of this planet exude power enough to rend whole states to dust, so the humans had to adapt along with them to keep them at bay. After These Humans Learned the power that is magic they did the only thing they know best- Destroying themselves.   War after war, strife after strife; it's surprising that Terah is still standing proud. After a great war the Humans got greedy and wanted more power so they found a shortcut with their magic and carved Magic sigils into their bodies called brands giving them ultimate control over a specific element at the cost of their bodies ripping at the seams.   Even Generations later with branding ones self falling out of practice, you can still see the effects of Brands and how it shaped magic. Magic is now genetic with the sames defects as the previous generation. One can only learn one brand, Two if their are incredibly intelligent. Anymore and your body would be nothing but Aetherdust.
