Silver and grey, long hair hangs over her shoulder or is in tight perfectly balanced braids close against her scalp. Her constant smile and deep blue eyes keep friends and foes alike off balance due to her natural charm. Soft features never tell the secret of her martial prowess unless one watches her in combat. Where her fluid motions, smile, and unnatural grace give away her divinity and domain over the shield.
Almost always smiling and keeping those around her laughing Henra's followers are a unique lot. A combat oriented religion that Henra carefully mandates to keep a constant check on ones negative emotions. Friendship, love, and unity (the shield of humanity) as her followers call it is a cornerstone to her teachings. One of the first Hero Deities to be called upon when the weak and underprivileged require help she is quickly gaining followers relative to her peers. 
Known to often be in the company of Vrex the two gods are rarely seen separately despite being committed to separate pantheons. The worshipers of both gods have gone so far as to often combine the shrines and temples of the two, an activity that has seemingly invited praise from the duo.  
It is said that Henra single handedly killed a company of Ogron during the skaven war.
