Background

Capitan of the Guard in The CrossRoads Heldar is the youngest son of Plagius Tisus the original seneschal of The CrossRoads. Known in his younger days to have been incredibly headstrong and always willing to charge directly into any kind of challenge he was soon given the nickname "The Bull". Age has given Heldar wisdom a trait that has earned him leadership of the City Guard of The Crossroads. A post he takes seriously and requires order and loyalty from those that work for him.

Recent Events

Provided payment to The Heros after they completed a public contract to find the missing patrol. He then offered a contract to dispatch the goblins that were responsible for the death of the guards offering 75gp if completed within six days. He was concerned that the goblin encampment was on the boarder of Spring Town and The CrossRoads and it would not be appropriate to send a squad of guards into the area.
Once the job was completed Capitan Tisus instructed The Hero's that if they wanted another job, he could likely find them employment in the future.
