Structure

Three wizards head up the WOE. The first is the Archmage, who almost always decides actions and is not necessarily the most intelligent, albeit the strongest.
The second is The Thaumaturge, who is the smartest of the three and acts as a sort of fact checker for the other two. In recent years this role has evolved into a sort of servant position, fulfilled by a student rather than a grand wizard.
The third is the Dean, who makes decisions concerning education and other students.
