For to belong to the the Academy of Converters and Sculpters is to reach ones magical prowess towards fortune and riches. Often hired by jewellers, architects and designers all across the league with very strict contracts on not spreading their influence outside of the alliance, the sculptors of Arcana Sculpt are treated as highly respected artists of their own trade.

Structure

Academy of Converters and Sculptors

The academy of Converters and Sculptors has perhaps the most visually pleasing studies with golden doorframes, etchings and colored glass covering every nook of their grand academy. To study in Arcana Sculpt is to know and to be treated with luxury as the valuable students are required at perfect health and state of mind to perform their delicate craft.

Mage Princes

Leaders and lecturers of the academy. The Mage Princes are perhaps some of the most controversial mages among the Gemstone Realms as in the eyes of multiple other mages they have sold their craft and their very souls to gain incredible commercial success, wealth and power. These mage princes rarely follow a protocol, but each present themselves in their own personality, in dresses and outfits that they or their servants have chosen for them. Some of the most successful Mage Princes might seek influence in politics, while some view themselves as near-patron saints of Arcana Sculpt and remain there to pick the best students to work under their name while they practise their craft.

Sculptors

The artists of the academy. Sculptors are known for their ability to bend the very elements to their will and to craft something new from them in a way impossible for all other wizards. This leads to strange architecture where buildings have grown from the same clay they are built upon and in glass forming impossible shapes when coupled together with a knowledgeable glassblower. As such, financially less successful nations rarely have a need for sculptors as they cannot afford the luxorious displays of Arcana Sculpt.

Converters

Converters are seen as more practical mages than Sculptors and often work in unison with other craftsmen, such as blacksmiths, enchanters and woodworkers. They mainly leave their artistical visions out of their work, and rather focus on their contracts on converting one material to another. As such, converters might be employed by jewellers who wish to turn their framework made from iron into silver or gold. Converters rarely travel with the same flash of their Sculptor counterparts, but make their presence known with small street-side shops like any other craftsmen.
