Tattakai

The land of Tattakai. A small island nation 40 miles off the shore of Guòqù. Once part of this great continent, Tattakai is now a small landmass that survived the great calamity that tore the world asunder. Many tribes and clans fled their homelands seeking to avoid disaster and the ruin of their people. Whether it by boat or mere happenstance, they came to the island of Tattakai seeking to start life anew. They only wanted a new peaceful life for themselves free from the threat of the Horde. The newcomers, however, were only met with bloodshed and destruction. For they were not the first people to find these unsullied lands. Open war broke out between the clans. A never ending war that spanned generations. It was only once the dust had settled and all sides had seen what destruction they had caused to themselves that they realized that war was not a sustainable way of life in this new world of theirs. Treaties and pacts were formed. The years passed in peace, but these are now tenuous times. The Lord of the Serpent clan, Emperor Oja's health is failing. Stirrings of Wolf clan revolts in the north. The Lotus masters in the shadows ever shrouded in mystery. And still yet, whispers of an ancient power stirring in this ancient land, lying in wait for things unseen.
