Ideal Realm

The Realms within this layer are thought to be the final resting place of the souls. Many of the gods call these realms home and can be found walking the halls and working on their various plots and schemes.
Many creatures from the inner realms find their way to these realms from time to time though their visit is never permanent. However those who enter the Quaking Void can be said to have never come back as those who enter that realm as changed to their core if they return.
