Civilization

This realm is described as having a monolith rising out of a giant salt flat which is itself a massive city atop which sits a grand palace. The city is a honeycomb of village squares, libraries, fighting schools, and all the comfort of city living.
Wandering traders occasionally tell of getting lost in a fog, thick underbrush, back ally and coming upon the grand bazaar. They are welcomed for anywhere from a day to a year just to be dropped back along their original path nearing their destination at the most opportune time. Further investigation often reveals the traveler missed some sort of actual danger when they experienced this plane shift.
To achieve this protective effect there are many agents of the realm positioned throughout the other realms ensuring the proper wards and intelligence is maintained.
