Athald

Owner and operator of the The Vengeful Gem Athald was not always a man of means. He grew up on the streets of the City of King's Reach living in and out of orphanages and shelters. When he was 9 he was given the opportunity by a wealthy merchant to turn his life around and receive schooling, manners, and a roof over his head. Realizing the opportunity Athald applied himself to gain the respect and favor of his new benefactor. 
Eventually he landed the position running the Vengeful Gem and was eventually given the building as a gift after an exceptionally good year by his benefactor.
