Tashalha

In a special corner of the universe there is a planet suspended in motion by the two stars created to keep the world locked in place, in order for a river of energy to flow throughout the universe. In the old tongue, Tashalha means "from light", but now it's just the word to describe the planet. This world of steampunk tech and magic sees no day and no night. The poles locked in place, the planet still rotates and the passage of time is marked by the appearance of Tashalha's moons as they rotate around the planet, somehow free of the gravitational pull of opposing suns. On one end of the planet, the warm yellow sun, inviting society and culture, and on the other is the burning heat of the blue sky where only the hardiest of the world's inhabitants dwell. Dotting the landscape in a weird scaled pattern are craters and hills decorated with towers and stones. These are the key to the secrets of Tashalha, and ultimately, the universe.
