Tartessos

Tartessos was.     It was the light of the land west of the Pillars of Heracles, the golden city in the setting sun, the source of wealth and plenty for an entire age of art and progress.     And then Tartessos was not.     When it disappeared, in wind and rain and a storm of light and magic, people wondered. And people feared.     But none feared so much as the Tartessians, scattered across a foreign land from Ossonoba and Luxia to Numantia and Segovia, trying to hold on to new ports and coasts with no centralized power to back them.     ...And the waters were still rising.
