Dio Brando

Dio is a vampire who was hired by Emmara Tandris to defend the post while the Outlanders of East were out exploring. He's a cunning schemer whos only at the outpost to test his talents and gain more experience fighting monsters to grow his own talents. Emmara has instructed Captain Stan to keep a close eye on him.
