Urvanil

Urvanil is the patron of assassins, murderers and criminals. She worshipped Hazriar in life, and became a serial killer, sacrificing many people in the name of her Goddess. She eventually developed a dark ritual which would allow her access to Lakingrad. She hoped to become Hazriar's apprentice, but was rejected and called cruel. Hazriar meant to send her to the Badlands to be tortured by Makyr for eternity, but Urvanil escaped Lakingrad and became a Kynarek.
The organization of assassins known as the Urvani was founded by Urvanil. Followers of Urvanil, especially Urvani members, regularly whip or otherwise self-flagellate themselves, both as a way of proving their endurance and as a reference to the time Urvanil spent being tortured by Makyr.
