Kanar

A tribe that lived in the historical city of Avatiko or Bilkrat (also known as Kanar) and in the area surrounding it (southern centre and south-western region of the country). Their main base of operations was the city, which they surrounded by a large wall. The city was built near a major intersection of the Hastiva (the most important river in the region), where many smaller rivers join together. They built many temples beside the water and the docks to show off their strength and wealth.

They followed a pantheon consisting predominately of Akinara, Heshknu, Táslág, Othrig, Zultharis and Makyr. They were best known for their "wolf warriors," who were blessed by Akinara and Zultharis to be great warriors with souls that were part-animal. They wore the skins of wolves into battle and were known to be ferocious and fearless, possessing superhuman strength.

They were generally open to trade but suspicious of outsiders. Their docks and trading centers were therefore separated with walls from the main city, and outsider access to the city itself was severely limited.
