The majority of the population of this settlement are humans but it is not uncommon to find a few Kobolds who cause a bit of havoc. Although Warlocks typically make up 25% of the male population you can only find one in Phylo/The Hallow.

Industry & Trade

Phylo is south of Colaysia's capital Paeylos and is one of its major trading partners (it provides food). It makes up a small part of Colaysia's agricultural industry which allows it to receive goods in return allowing the infrastructure to be strong.

Geography

Phylo is situated in the countryside south of Paeylos in Colaysia. Its most prominent features are its beautiful rolling hills and its farming which thrives in this area.
