Twin Talisman Necklace

This necklace is a legendary item excavated in Prosperitas. Due to an unfortunate mishap, the miners mishandled the necklace causing everyone within the radius of the town to freeze in time. The affected remain unharmed and have no knowledge of the time that has passed for the victims.

One-half of the necklace was being examined by Yogsonon in an "attempt" to harness the power and possibly fix the townsfolk whilst attempting to locate the other half. Tenrick defeats Yogonon after already finding the other half and reconnects the pieces saving the villagers from their prison. Afterward, the necklace is placed on a grave in Prosperitas Cemetery as the townsfolk migrate away.
When worn and the amulet is separated time freezes around the size of a small town, it doesn't affect the user. The duration only lasts only 1 minute for the user. 1 charge per day. 
Be warned if not worn and the amulet separates time freezes for everyone in the same radius and it takes an outside force to reconnect the amulet and free everyone affected.
