Session 2: Adventures In The Night Report

General Summary

The reduced party braved the wide plains of West Weald, traveling northwest to a Ruined Chapel, finishing only a quarter of the journey. Along the way, they thwarted a Vaermina cultist in Borifell, as well as a would-be lich. Also while testing in Borifell, Satenna trained with Talan, learning a bit of swordplay. Julian, on the other hand, was still recovering from an encounter with a merchant on the road, in which he may or may not have tried to steal a magic item while on watch...which lead to Blue Hand Goblins ambushing and almost killing the party, only being talked down after Talan knocked out Julian and giving almost all their rations to the Goblins. Much was learned and discovered while on their first leg of their 6 days of travel, and a run-in with a WereLion wasn't even the highlight of Sundas night, as a Spriggan blessed them with speed in the morning, allowing them to travel twice as fast.  In the last scenes of the session, before making camp a day away from the nearest Hamlet, the party discussed the idea of gods and the Dwemer race, they were ambushed by unknown cultists and a Daedric Construct, only to accidentally summon an interplanetary being, who judged the "Grimlock" as not worthy, and the party Not Prepared before disappearing in a flash of pure white light.
