'Star Iron'

Meteorite Iron, better known as Star Iron, is a material most commonly used by the Dwarves of Clan Guldir. It is incredibly sturdy and resilient, even stronger than Dwarven steel, and thus far the secrets of working with it have remained a secret of the Dwarves, allowing them to make a large amount of money selling the produced armaments and armour.

It is silver-white, incredibly lustrous and seems to glow from within when in darkness.

Physical & Chemical Properties

It is very hard and durable, appearing unbreakable by all but the most powerful magical means. When worked by skilled Dwarven artisans, the resulting weapons can usually only be destroyed in an incredibly powerful Dwarven runic furnace, blessed by the spirits of the ancestors.

Geology & Geography

Star Iron is usually found in the Roaring Mountains, but has been known to be found elsewhere.
