Geography

The first and oldest ecumenopolis in the galaxy. It is comprised of 73.4% land and 26.6% water with low atmospheric water content.

Climate

Temperate and varying very little from season to season. Rain storms can happen anywhere away from the poles and equator. For this reason, any civilian districts in these locations have strict water waste laws.

Fauna & Flora

Nearly all plant life is housed in oxygen factories distributed throughout the planet. Animals are mostly imported and nonexistent natively.

History

Borthax IV was the first planet to achieve interstellar travel, quickly spreading its wings and branching out to link other planetary systems into an alliance in the pre-confederacy era. After establishing the interstellar alliance, a global government was created, and it rapidly began developing itself into a worldwide city. This came with pros and cons, but each problem was met with committees and other groups of people who were collectively able to solve each challenge that came with the growth.
The planet formerly spoke a language called Dshuul which has long since been overtaken by the languages Gorlak, Chloric, and a myriad of lesser spoken languages from the melting pot of foreign inhabitants.

Tourism

The planet became a hotspot for tourism across the inhabited galaxy over the course of centuries. The planet’s urbanization and industrialization made it a galactic hub of commerce, scientific development, and many other things that foreign parties and minds aided in. Borthax would not be what it is without its foreign aide.
