Tales from Erimar

The year is 638 in the second era after the cataclysm of the Shattered Sea, also known in Dælcyn as: The Dræbhūyn-ö-myrd, a collosal tear in the veil of the material plane that has rendered an area many many miles long into an area referred to as many names, but most commonly as either "The Shattered Sea" or "The Rift".
The Continent of Erimar is host to many nations; Val Garland, Östæria, Iilyria, Toman, and an area surrounding the Shattered Sea known as the Republic of the Hinterlands.
Erimar is in the throws of tremendous shifts in power as Magick meets Technology in the form of Æther, and the omnipresent Church of the Morningsong tries to further grasp hold of it's authority over the both.
