Talav

Talav is a strange land where myth comes alive. Worlds, creatures, and heroes of myth and folklore come alive within the world. Talav, in short, is a blend of several world mythologies, and folklore. From the Eddas and Sagas, to the Mabinogi. Starring a tricky little spider, to the Tuatha dé Danann.   Talav's physical geography is large and varied. From bone-dry deserts, all the way to low wetlands. Some notable landmarks could be the Brandfält Volcanic fields, where geysers, boiling pools, and molten mud puddles. The Krio Caverns, a massive complex of caves, some of which even hold small forests. Many more sprawling landscapes dot the lands of Talav.   All sorts of beings inhabit Talav. The Tuatha are demigods walking among the land, all of which inhabiting innate sorcerous abilities. The Dwarves all live in small communities in the mountains, most of which have wisdom beyond most any other race. Zmei are draconic humanoids who are capable of shapeshifting into a large dragon. Many more people and beasts from myth and folklore live throughout the world.
