The High Era

The Third

The third of the four major eras. Ironically, The High Era, despite its name, probably saw the most violence and destruction out of all the eras. Nevertheless, it saw the most advancements in Magic, hence the name "High", with the creation of a distinction between "high magic" and "crude magic", the difference is that the latter induces greater after-effects and doesn't use items of any kind.

The High Era spans about 430 years, starting with the discovery of Wands of Sabrima and ending with another discovery: the discovery of Osargium.
